How Your Posture at Work is Killing Your Back?

The coffee tables and basic desks cannot help you change postures. Even if you want to work while you stand, these desks won’t raise your computers and office tools. Stand up every 40 Minutes
Employees must not stay seated for an extended duration. It is quite normal for people to take coffee and lunch breaks frequently when they are working from home. However, if you are running errands from the office, make sure you take short breaks every 40-45 minutes. It doesn’t have to be lunch or coffee breaks.
